The R&D Specialist is responsible for creating and perfecting new products, existing product lines and product line extensions. The R&D Specialist should have multiple solutions to problems ready always, but remain flexible and open-minded. The skills and abilities needed include: detailed-oriented, ability to create and follow a recipe, organized, won’t stop until the recipe is perfected, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to shift direction quickly and a spirited and creative outlook. Procurement Specialist

Pacha Soap is currently looking for a full-time Procurement Specialist to join our team. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for creating and expanding meaningful relationships with vendor partners, sourcing raw materials, including up-and-coming natural ingredients, containers and packaging, machines, etc. The Procurement Specialist should be aware of the constant growth in the natural body care industry and be knowledgeable on the strict body care standards on which we base our products around. The skills and abilities needed include: relationship-builder, organized, won’t stop until the perfect solution is discovered, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, flexible and able to shift direction quickly. Purchasing & Inventory Specialist

Pacha Soap is hiring a Purchasing and Inventory Specialist. This person will be responsible for purchasing all inventory items: raw ingredients, boxes and other shipping materials, equipment and supplies, etc. Continually monitoring our resources is imperative, as well as being able and willing to research alternative sourcing options, looking for the best price for the value and forming relationships with vendor partners. In addition to purchasing, this person will electronically enter in product batch forms and be responsible for inventory adjustments and levels. This requires the candidate to be both visually invested in quantities of inventory in-house, as well as staying organized digitally. Qualities needed for success: detailed, organized, initiative, positive, self-motivated, works well with other departments, communicates well, resourceful, flexible and results-oriented. Qualities needed for success: good communication skills, initiative, patience, ability to work within and meet deadlines and production goals, and own the quality of the final product to ensure only the best products are distributed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and be on your feet all day.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for building, creating and expanding meaningful relationships with our customers and the sales and marketing teams. The skills and abilities needed include: the ability to solve escalated issues; communicate with customers about products, pricing, and promotions; maintain customer data; create sales reports and communicate trends; train, educate and communicate with the sales team. A Bachelor’s in business or a related field is required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed.
